Is there anyway to find out the real caller ID of someone using Spoof Card which makes a fake caller ID?

Spoof Card is a company which allows you to pay to be able to make your number come up as a different number on the caller ID and disguise your voice. Is there anyway I can find out the real caller who used the service to change their voice to call me (with a caller ID of a friend)?

My buddy used unblock blocked calls and it worked really good.
